So in typical fashion I decided a few weeks ago I wanted to do another project, a sort of “Inquisition Predictions” set of character cards - portraits of characters I predict are going to have some kind of role in DA3 (or any characters that are confirmed, later on in the dev cycle). The only rule is that they have to be unkillable in all continuities (so no Loghain, no Alistair, no Shale, etc, much as it pains me and as much as I expect them to get a quick codex mention at least).
And then of course I have immediately ruined it all by getting all hung up on Bioware repeatedly talking about “IF we bring back the Warden/Hawke back briefly, NOT SAYING WE ARE, but IF” recently. Add that to the plot point about the Warden/Hawke going missing, annnd we have the first card going to my first Warden. Sorry I’m not sorry.
Actual character prediction cards to follow, I promise. I just need to get some Warden/Champion feelings out of my system first <3

While I was on holiday, months ago, I broke out the watercolours for the first time in years. This is what resulted, and now that I’ve finally got my scanner working I can share it! Do forgive the oddities, particularly around the back of his head - first time drawing Thane, and I was working from artbook images only as I didn’t have access to the net at the time! I quite enjoyed doing this - maybe I’ll do some more watercolour portraits sometime.
